At TShirts Online, we take pride in producing high-quality print-on-demand apparel. As each item is printed specifically to order, our returns policy differs from that of mass-produced retail products.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, defective, or differs from the item you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the fault or damage

Once we have reviewed the issue, we may offer:

• A replacement item at no additional cost; or
• A full refund to your original payment method

We reserve the right to request the return of the faulty item before issuing a refund or replacement.

Size Issues & Ordering Errors

Please carefully review the size guide provided on each product page before placing your order.

As all products are printed to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements if:

• You ordered the wrong size
• You selected the wrong colour
• You entered an incorrect delivery address
• You changed your mind after placing the order
• The item is no longer wanted
• The product meets the description and is free from defects

Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised or made-to-order products are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.

Because our products are printed specifically to your order, once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
