Our PPWR Compliance

T-Shirts Online is committed to complying with the applicable requirements of the European Union Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and relevant national packaging legislation in the countries where our products are supplied.

Germany – LUCID Packaging Register

As part of our packaging compliance for the German market, T-Shirts Online is registered with the German LUCID Packaging Register, operated by the Central Agency Packaging Register (ZSVR).

This registration enables our packaging responsibilities in Germany to be identified in accordance with the German Packaging Act (VerpackG).

The German packaging authorities confirm that companies commercially distributing packaged goods in Germany, including online retailers, are generally required to register with the LUCID Packaging Register. Additional obligations can apply to packaging subject to system participation, including participation in a recycling system and reporting packaging quantities.

Where applicable, our packaging compliance arrangements cover packaging associated with the distribution and shipment of our products, including relevant postal packaging and other packaging components.
